Dear Future Sisters,
My name is Aubrie and I am the VP of Membership for Alpha Epsilon Phi at the University of Iowa. Personally, I joined AEPhi through a process called COB (continuous open bidding). This form of recruitment does not require any kind of financial obligation and emphasizes the importance of personal connection. I was drawn to AEPhi because of the close-knit sisterhood it offered. Since Joining I have gained friendships and memories I am so grateful for! As a growing chapter, Alpha Epsilon Phi offers countless leadership opportunities. Future sisters will have the ability to shape AEPhi into a sisterhood that is uniquely their own. We hope that you find your letters at Iowa! LML, Aubrie |
Meet our New Member Education ChairHello Future Sisters!
My name is Macayle DeVore. I serve as the New Member Educator for the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi here at the University of Iowa. I cannot wait to meet you all and be the welcoming face as you start the process of joining our chapter. These next few years will bring you some wonderful memories and life lessons as you move through your college journey here at Iowa! Enjoy these moments because they will go fast! As you embark on your recruitment journey, remember do not lose sight of yourself. During the hectic time of recruitment, it is easy to get frustrated and overwhelmed at times. Especially if the outcome might not be what you expected. Remember to take a deep breath and remember that you are amazing, beautiful, worthy, and wonderfully unique - all things you should be exceptionally proud of. Be confident in yourself and the decisions you make during this time. At the end of the day, everything truly works out! Grow where you are planted and appreciate the next few years to come! The women of the Epsilon Phi Chapter and I are excited to meet all of you and have the opportunity to share our love of Alpha Epsilon Phi. I am personally excited to welcome and lead our New members into Alpha Epsilon Phi and share all things AEPhi with them! LML, Macayle DeVore |
